Digital Projects is a small, owner-run design practice in Canberra. We do one thing well: we take the home you've been imagining and turn it into a set of drawings that a builder can price and council will approve.
Over 500 projects and 20+ years have taught us that the best designs don't just look good on screen — they survive contact with reality. Planning rules, site constraints, budgets, builders who need clear instructions. We design for all of it.
We're not a big firm with layers of project managers. When you work with us, the person who sketches your concept is the same person who draws your construction docs. That means nothing gets lost in translation.
What matters to us
If it can't be built, it's not a design
Every line we draw can be constructed. We think about materials, methods, and builder clarity from the very first sketch — not as an afterthought.
Solve the hard stuff first
Site constraints, planning rules, budget realities — we tackle these upfront so they don't blindside you later when changes cost ten times more.
Keep it simple, keep it moving
Clear drawings, clear communication, clear next steps. We've seen too many projects stall because nobody could give a straight answer. That doesn't happen here.
No two projects look the same
We don't have a “house style” that we stamp on everything. Each project responds to its site, its owners, and its brief. Sometimes that means bold and contemporary. Sometimes it means classical and restrained. Always it means considered.
